Go left after exiting customs at Hang Seng International Airport. The store sign is eye-catching and easy to find. The clerk was very friendly and assisted in installing the SIM card and simultaneously confirmed whether the network was available. It was very smooth to use during my trip to Kuala Lumpur. I recommend touch n go to friends who are going to take the MRT. With a card in hand, you don’t have to worry about buying tickets. It’s really convenient✌️

It is very convenient to pick up the card at the arrival hall after passing through customs at Kuala Lumpur Airport. The phone card rental uses Celcom 5G/4G network, and the speed and reception are satisfactory.

First time to Kuala Lumpur, plan to use MRT (MRT, LRT) for the whole trip, so I bought this package, actual use: 1. After customs, turn left and you will see the counter, show the QR CODE, the staff will help you change the sim card. 2. Go downstairs and take the Airport MRT (KLIA transit). Tickets can only be purchased with credit cards or Pay, cash is not accepted. Take the train to Putrajaya Station. The ticket price is RM9.40 and the ride takes about 20 minutes. Check the transfer information online. 3. Transferred to the MRT Putrajaya Line at Putrajaya Station and bought a 3-day MRT ticket using Touch N Go stored value. The ticket price was RM25 and the handling fee was 0.5. Tickets can only be purchased with a credit card or Pay. After buying the ticket, I took the MRT Putrajaya Line to the hotel, which was near KLCC (if you don’t buy the 3-day pass, the fare is about RM4.4), which took about 40 minutes. I checked the itinerary online on the bus. The internet speed was good, and I used Touch N Go to take unlimited MRT rides for all three days.

You can set it up at the airport and use it right away. No need to worry about where to buy it. Easy internet connection. Touch and go charging at convenience stores. I'd like to use it again.

The receptionist will replace the SIM card for you, so you can connect to the internet right away. I was able to use it without any problems not only in Kuala Lumpur but also in Malacca. Touch and Go cards are now sold in very few places, so it was very convenient to be able to pick one up at the airport.

No need to wander around looking for a touch and go card. The SIM card also has a great signal.

Perfect for calling and website. Especially there is TNG card package, it's rare.

Soon after leaving the airport, I found the redemption counter and exchanged my SIM card instantly. It was super convenient! After taking KL express and changing to monorail, you can already use your transport card!
