From Ba Na Hills to the hotel. Grab was fine, but I made a reservation to ensure a safe transfer. Cars and taxis go to the lowest parking lot, so I picked them up there. They send you the name, model, license plate number, etc., but the driver will search for you, so if you look hard enough, you can find them. Unlike Grab drivers, they are very friendly and will take you to the hotel while chatting in English. Everyone is very kind and nice.

I requested a round trip transfer from a hotel in Hoi An to Ba Na Hills. When I was waiting at the hotel in the morning, the front desk informed me that the driver had arrived, so there was no waiting time. On the way back, the driver was different from the one on the way there, but I exchanged LINE with the driver on the way there, and he sent me a photo of the new driver's face and the meeting place, so I was able to find the new driver right away. I was told to contact him about 30 minutes before getting off the cable car at Ba Na Hills. It was a comfortable trip of about an hour. I made a reservation the night before, and the QR code for the Ba Na Hills entrance ticket was also reserved on the day, so it was smooth.

I originally thought it was a different driver going back and forth, but I didn't expect it was the same one. On our return trip, he was very considerate and drove the car to the cable car station at the foot of the mountain to wait for us, so that we didn't have to squeeze in the shuttle bus to find him in the parking lot outside the park. 😊

I had a comfortable and safe ride. I arrived late for the appointment because the cable car service was suspended due to strong winds at Bana Hills, but the driver greeted me warmly.
