Responsive and efficient. Contacted us prior to flight to communicate arrangement. Upon touch down, the company contacted us to inform us of driver’s location and pick up point. Driver was courteous and helpful. Overall service was excellent.

Generally the pick up was smooth. It would be great if the driver could provide pick up arrangement information in advance eg to pick up from arrival hall with name display or wait at which exit and how he/she could be identified. As the distance from airport to fufuoka isn't long, perhaps the price could be adjusted to be reflective of distance.

This trip was with my elders and young children, and chartering a car made the trip much smoother. Before departure, the customer service set up a line group to confirm the itinerary in advance, and contacted us immediately after going through customs.
