The staff were very kind and the design and atmosphere of the location was superb! Even though the rooms are open air so you can easily hear your neighbours, I wouldn’t trade it for closed off rooms. You were able to open the roof and look at the sky and look out the window. It combined outdoor hot springs and private ones. Clean, tidy, and simple. Had a great experience.

Overall, I was very satisfied. It was a rare opportunity to relax with the Queen on a weekday, and the food was delicious.

First time bringing my family! A great experience! After soaking in the hot spring, a warm bath left me feeling warm all over! Although we were unable to use the library due to the venue being booked out, the weather was nice, and sitting in the outdoor dining area was very relaxing! A great experience!
