Making rice noodles makes me feel the combination of nature and technology. Every step is a unique experience, full of creativity and challenge. This process made me appreciate the value of food even more, and gained an in-depth understanding of the rice noodle making process, which gave me a deeper understanding of the origin and production process of food.

Very detailed instructions on how to make rice noodles and small knowledge sharing. You can experience the old-fashioned hand-pressed rice noodles, organize and pack rice noodles, and do it with your children to experience the interesting rice food culture. It’s awesome~ There is also a secret road leading to the park On the coast, you can walk, ride a bicycle, and enjoy the rumbling windmills up close.

The rice noodle itinerary consisted of listening to the staff explain the story of rice noodles & sorting out the rice noodles...and then painting and packaging them (???) Although the staff explained in detail, I personally feel that it is not worth spending more than 300 yuan, and it is too expensive! The actual hand-made DIY part is very small. I don’t understand why I spent money on sorting out the rice noodles + painted packaging and ended up with 3 small lumps of rice noodles. If I really want rice noodles, I might as well just buy ready-made red turtle cakes which are cheaper. Hand-made DIY (roll the dough, stuff it and steam it) for $180. It’s cheap and looks interesting. Those who want to experience DIY are advised to skip the rice noodles.
