There’s a variety of hot and cold onsens accompanied with sauna rooms. We visited a few years ago and it’s amazing to see the facilities are well maintained. The outdoor onsen has a beautiful tranquil view of the turquoise colored river.

Excellent Indoor and outdoor onsen with a view, indoor comes with steam and sauna and water massage. The Afternoon tea that comes with it, is Good, Better if it has more savoury than sweet one, Cream Puff is the best among the variety. Transportation from the hotel service is very convenient, upon exiting the Xindian Metro, it is just on the left side, near where the other public buses are park and waiting for passengers. Definitely will come back again!!!

Free shuttle bus from Xindian MRT. Spa experience was good , 1.5hrs. Lunch was yummy with nice food presentation, like fine dining. Definitely worth the price paid.

We planned half day trip to Wulai for Onsen, then found this promotion package in KKday. The environment and service are all excellent. They got both indoor and outdoor onsen, steam room and sauna. Convenient shuttle us back to MRT station.

It was my first public bath onsen experience and it is one of the highlights of my trip. The water was so relaxing and I enjoyed the amenities and facilities presented there. Would definitely come back again.

My mom was so happy x1000. I used it for 2 hours plus 30 minutes, and I really didn't realize time was passing, and it was raining, but it was so beautiful outside because it added to the taste. Also, the water itself was slippery, so I didn't have to put anything on my body, it became softer and my hair became better. If you have time, be sure to visit us!!!
