The scooter is not new but it still work Besides, found out that there is missing one helmet, they response fast and send the helmet immediately to us. Overall experience is good

The scooter we got were in a decent condition 7/10 imma say and one of our scooter broke down while we were on our way to the northern side of phu quoc , which was about 15km from airport (pickup point) , i called her and she changed to a new scooter post haste! . With that being said, i give this rental service 4/5. The only thing that worried me was she hold my passport until we return the scooter back, she could have change it maybe by deposit some amount of cash?. What a bonkers!! But the most important is this rental service is legit and trusted . Worry less travellers.

They rode their motorcycles directly to the hotel entrance and waited. It was very convenient to return the motorcycle. Just tell them and they will be here soon.

I rented it for two days with airport pick-up. The hotel was in the north, so hotel pick-up was not possible. The hotel area seems to be from the center of the island to the airport. The location at the airport is at the motorcycle parking area to the left (west) of the building. You will be contacted via WhatsApp from the application information, but there was no deposit, only the passport number entered in the information. The important thing is that the motorcycle is intended to be used for traveling (it's old), so if you want something new, it's better to see it in person in the city and rent it. I think the lack of a deposit is a big plus. Also, although it's not about rental, the helmet is a half-cap, so sun protection is essential, and a lot of dust and dirt will fly around, so sunglasses, a mask, and gloves are also perfect. (Local people usually wear long sleeves and cover their faces with something.)
