Smooth Process, pleasant staff service. ETC needs to be booked in advance, website did not have the option to do so.

The location of picking up a car is not very convenient. Compared with Klook, a car rental platform, it is far inferior to picking up a car at Hakata Station. At klook, there are actually too many people who book first and go to the kkday book bus. The price is more expensive than klook, but it doesn’t matter if the book has not arrived before, and it doesn’t matter if you come to book first in an emergency.

When arriving at Fukuoka Airport, you need to go to the counter and call the Nissan staff to arrange pick-up and drop-off (the staff you happened to meet did not speak English). The staff has a great attitude 👍 The car is very new!

This time in Kitakyushu, Japan, I drove the Nissan X-Trail. Overall, the car is quite new (with a mileage of about 30,000 kilometers), and the attitude of the service staff is very good. The fly in the ointment is that they do not support ETC. Later, I asked them, only to know that they need to make an appointment in advance to have it. It is recommended to use ETC, otherwise you will need to prepare a lot of change, and some road sections only support ETC.

The service is super good. The car is very new, clean and comfortable. I recommend everyone to rent e power. It’s really good for three people plus three 29-inch luggage. The car has a lot of space and is very comfortable.
