The overall service is fast and simple. I handed in my luggage at 7:30 in the morning and picked it up at the hotel at 4pm. The only drawback is that I hope there will be a message informing me of the luggage delivery status!

I requested delivery from Gimhae Airport to the hotel. At the time, it was just under 1800 yen, which I thought was a little expensive, but I requested it because I was planning to go directly from the airport to Gyeongju. I think the hotel is relieved that our luggage has arrived in Busan because it was delivered first. I think this service is worth more than the price. I would like to use it again next time. I used it from hotel to hotel. It may have been a mistranslation of the email, but in the communication I interpreted "shipping address" as the destination hotel, but the other party (KKDay) seemed to mean the hotel where the luggage was to be left, and I received a confirmation email. I was worried about that, but it arrived safely. It would have been better if the hotel name and address could be entered with one touch, like the official Jim Carrey service. (I asked the hotel staff to help me enter the address in Hangul.)

I went to the steam room with my hands relaxed and then went to the airport to pick up my luggage and take the flight back to Taiwan.
