Malapascua Island-Hopping Day Tour from Cebu | Philippines

We went on a weekday. There were too few people in the morning because the boat didn't sail. We had to choose to pay the difference or wait until the boat was full. There were a total of three snorkeling spots on the island. After lunch, we spent two hours on the beach. Back to the pier🤣

Malapascua Island is super beautiful, there are not many people, it is very relaxing, the driver and the island tour guide are very nice!

What I felt after trying it myself is that I don't understand why the reviews were bad. Thresher Shark Point is located far away in Malapascua, so not only is it impossible to get there, but even if you do go, you can only see it within 15m to 20m of water, making it difficult to consider as a hopping tour. Instead, it is said that black tip sharks sometimes appear at certain points, so look for them! The unexpected lunch was so delicious, and the guide, driver, and captain were friendly. They brought us sea urchins and let us eat them haha Malapascua is definitely a difficult place to get to from Cebu & Mactan, but it is such a pretty place. I recommend it!

Car Driver is nice and arrive on time. It takes around 3 hour to Malapascua. But the island hopping and ship captain is not good. The island hopping is travelling around the main island only but not the outer island. We cannot see shark as the package mentioned and not many coral indeed. Moreover, we have meet the worst island hopping tour here because the ship captain didn't swim with us and even haven't take any photo with us. The only thing I satisfied is the silent and the view of the island.

I also developed claustrophobia, which I didn't have before, because I was stuck with my luggage. The guide was friendly, but the response from the company here was not very good. I want to go to Malapascua again, but I don't think I will use the companies here.
