Easy pick up at TPE terminal 2. Foreigners can show passport with entry stamp. Taiwan citizens MUST have 2 forms of ID, passport and ID card. The customer in front of us was turned away because he didn't have his ID. Thankfully, for foreign passport holders, we just needed the entry stamp on the passport. We also ordered 2 portable wifis with ezflyhifi but had to go to 3F to pick up.

For fellow pinoys, it's super worth it, we just brought 1 extra phone to use as a hotspot, even went to Wulai and there's still internet there.

SIM card works immediately. The eSIM doesn’t come with a number so I got the physical sim for my old phone to use for apps like the taxi 55688 service that requires a Taiwan phone number. The place to redeem it is immediately outside the baggage claim at the round counter that has mobile services. The plan is also very nice.

The collection at T2 is on the left after exiting immigration. Collection was fast and easy. Simcard is easy to set up and fast internet.

I did not check the collection timing and had to travel to the other airport to collect my sim card. Overall still ok as they are always operational except to take note of the collection time and area.
