First time we did the hot springs experience via a friend's recommendation. The staff were very attentive and courteous. We booked the private room plus seasonal tea package and we were not disappointed. There is a nice park outside the hotel and the weather was cooler than downtown Taipei. Highly recommended booking this place.

There are very few people in the afternoon on weekdays. I happened to be the only one there and occupied the entire place. I felt very at ease and comfortable😌. After the dip, there were delicious popsicles! The environment is also very beautiful, and I can feel the hotel's attentiveness. Unfortunately, we did not have lunch during this trip. I will definitely stay with my boyfriend for a few days next time! ❤️❤️

My husband and I visited at night, therefore it was very quiet, which was lovely. The staff were extremely accommodating and their friendliness made us feel at home. The room was clean and well prepared with amenities such as clean towels, hairbrush, shaver and hair dryer if required. The bath was also very clean and we felt very comfortable. 90 minutes is definitely more than enough if you want to relax and take some time away from the city. I highly reccomend this experience!

Interior was very beautiful and the staff provided great service. The hotel will reach out to arrange for a private car transfer from Beitou Station to the Hotel so it was very easy to get there. The lunch set was very delicious too.

Hotel and staff are very nice, they pick us from the station (go and back). The private bath was very good and tge view as well.

Unfortunately, it was possible to make a reservation a day in advance, so I went there, but it felt expensive. I wanted to use the open-air bath at the hot spring resort, so I'll definitely look for it in advance next time.
